Amber Millington , head of music, Agile Films
Amber Millington
Amber has been Head of Music at Agile Films for 4 years and has been central to building their talented and varied roster of music video directors. Her average day involves grappling with budgets, answering a lot of calls and even more emails. It’s not all bad though, she gets to work with a lot of very interesting and fun people which is central to keeping her motivated and excited for every new video they produce at Agile.

In 2014 Amber won the best producer prize at the UKMVAs and is hoping 2015 will be an even busier and more exciting year than ever before.

Sonya Sier, producer, freelance
Sonya Sier
Sonya started life in documentary film making before being asked to produce a music video for for infamous commissioner John Moule. This was a baptism of fire but she was hooked. Since then Sonya has worked with artists like Labrinth, Paloma Faith, Lily Allen, Bat for Lashes, Bastille & Sir Paul McCartney and emerging talent like Lapsley Shura and Clean Cut Kids. Sonya is not good with boredom, music videos are often hard, often crazy but you get to push the boat out.
